Proforma Acceptance: After issuance, this Proforma Invoice should be accepted within 24-48 hours.
Payment: Payment should be made in advance via SWIFT, INTERNATIONAL WIRE TRANSFER, or TELEGRAPHIC TRANSFER.
Production Lead Time: Typically, 7 – 30 working days are required after the receipt of the advance payment.
Shipment: Shipments will be dispatched within 5 – 7 days upon receipt of any outstanding payments.
Partial Shipment: We allow part payments and partial shipments (with a minimum of 5 x 20′ FCL).
Tolerance: A standard tolerance of +/-5% in both quantity and weight is acceptable.
3rd Party Inspection: If needed, inspection reports from SGS, INTERTEK, BUREAU VERITAS, or Federal Inspection can be arranged at the discretion and expense of the buyer.
Charges: Any charges incurred outside of India will be the responsibility of the buyer.
